Period and eligibility: 1 October 2026, 10:00, to 14 October 2026, 23:59:59, Europe/Vienna time. The time of receipt on the server is decisive. Individuals aged 18 or over residing in Austria may enter. Entry is free; no purchase is required. Your full first and last name must match your official photo ID. Invented or deliberately false names are not permitted. Your correct full name, your own email address and confirmation of eligibility and these terms are required.

One entry per person: Each person may enter once during the entire period, even if they have several email addresses. Entries for other people, automated entries and deliberately false information are not allowed. Duplicate email addresses and recognised Gmail address variants count only once. Having the same name as another entrant does not itself lead to exclusion. Where there are specific indications of a breach, the details will be checked and the person will have an opportunity to explain before exclusion.

Prize: One person wins a regularly offered LiZa Memories Photography package of their choice, expressly including wedding and combined packages. The package services described on the pricing page at the start of the giveaway apply. Additional services not included in the package are not part of the prize. No cash alternative is available. The voucher may be gifted and is valid for three months from issue. The date and arrangements are agreed personally, subject to availability; please get in touch early. Travel to Graz-Straßgang and travel and accommodation costs are not included. If the organiser cannot offer an appointment within the validity period, an appropriate extension will be agreed.

Draw and notification: After the giveaway ends and entries have been checked, the organiser will conduct a draw using a random generator from all valid entries by 31 October 2026. The selected person will receive a personal email and has 14 days from its dispatch to reply. If there is no reply or the person is found ineligible, a replacement will be drawn using the same procedure.

Checks before awarding the prize: The selected person proves their name and age by showing official photo ID. Where necessary, residence in Austria is checked using suitable evidence. No copies or ID numbers are stored; unnecessary details may be covered. Only the result of the check is recorded. A subsequent name change can be explained. The check concerns the entrant, even if they intend to give the voucher as a gift.

Announcement: The random draw will be shown in the Instagram story of @liza.memories.photography. Only entry IDs will be visible, not the participant list or contact details. After eligibility checks, the winner will be announced in the Instagram story and on this giveaway page. Personal notification will be sent by email.

Instagram entry: Follow @liza.memories.photography, tag 5 different friends in one comment on the designated giveaway post OR reel, and share one of these posts in your story, mentioning @liza.memories.photography. Then submit the form with your correct full name, your own email address and the same Instagram username. You need an Instagram account, but no additional website or Google account. A comment on either post is enough. Multiple comments or comments on both posts do not give additional chances to win.

Checking the Instagram steps: Submitting the form does not confirm that the Instagram requirements have been met. Before confirming the prize, we check the follow, comment and story mention. No screenshot is required. A missing notification alone does not lead to exclusion; we ask for clarification if the status is unclear. The Instagram account must belong to you. If anything is unclear, you will have an opportunity to explain. Only valid entries are eligible.

Entry and fairness: We process your full name, email address, time of entry, entry ID, confirmed eligibility, declaration version and consent status to administer the giveaway (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Checking for multiple entries and abuse serves our legitimate interest in fair administration (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We compare addresses and names for this purpose; matching names do not automatically lead to exclusion. The prize is not awarded by a solely automated decision. Required information is necessary to enter.

Recipients and technology: On submission, the details are transmitted via HTTPS to Google Apps Script and stored in a Google spreadsheet that is not publicly shared. Google also processes technical connection data, such as IP address and time. The provider in the EEA is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing by affiliated companies and outside the EEA, particularly in the USA, is possible. Information about recipients and transfer mechanisms is available in the Google Privacy Policy. This landing page does not load any Google embeds before submission. The list of entrants is not published or shared with partners.

Email communication and use of photographs: Only with separate consent do we use your name and email for the specified promotional emails or newsletter, and selected photographs for the purposes stated in the photo consent within the terms (website, business Instagram and Facebook accounts, printed flyers and paid online and print advertising) (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Each consent is independent and may be withdrawn without disadvantage. We check sign-ups before sending advertising; submitting the giveaway form does not trigger newsletter delivery. Withdrawal applies to future processing. Consent from other people shown in photographs is obtained separately.

Winner verification and announcement: We check only the selected person’s eligibility using suitable evidence. No ID copies or document numbers are stored. For transparent documentation of the draw, the Instagram story shows only entry IDs; the connection to individuals remains private. We announce the winner in the Instagram story and on this page. The basis is our legitimate interest in a transparent prize award (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); the right to object remains. This information is publicly accessible, including to Meta on Instagram. We remove our announcement no later than three months after the final prize award and do not retain the story as a permanent highlight. We cannot fully control copies made by others. Email addresses and other contact details are not published.

Retention: Entry details are normally deleted no later than three months after the final award of the prize. In specific disputes, necessary data is retained until resolution or expiry of the relevant limitation periods. Data needed to redeem the prize is processed for that purpose and any statutory retention duties. Voluntary marketing consents are managed separately until withdrawal or the end of the relevant communications. Necessary evidence of consent may be retained with restricted access for up to three years after withdrawal to defend legal claims; it must no longer be used for advertising.

Your rights: Under the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation, and to direct marketing at any time. You may withdraw consent at any time. Instagram checks: We also store your Instagram username and the check status for following, commenting and sharing to verify eligibility. Any evidence supplied is used only for this purpose and deleted within the periods stated above. This form never asks for your Instagram password.
