We agree the date, space and schedule together. You share the prepared parent information and help identify and supervise the children on the day.
You receive personal access to your child’s photographs. You decide whether to order and which images you would like.
From the first hello to your photographs
A clear process, one person to contact and no order lists for your team.
The nursery or kindergarten gets in touch. We agree the date, place, schedule and timeframes for choosing and receiving the photographs.
Parents receive the documents, enter their child’s details and their email address, and send the signed registration directly to me.
Each registered child receives an individual photo code. A familiar member of staff accompanies the children.
Parents receive gallery access by email. They view the previews and order only the images they love.
Once payment is confirmed and editing is complete, the download email follows. Purchased images have no watermark.
Children may prefer to watch first, need a break or say no. We never force a photograph. The exact approach depends on age, the group and the situation on the day.

Final prices. VAT exempt under the Austrian small-business scheme. No shipping costs, compulsory photo pack or obligation to buy. Group photographs require the appropriate consent. Your parent information contains the dates and conditions for your photo day.
Your personal online gallery
Your access arrives directly by email. Individual portraits are available only to the child’s family. Agreed group photographs are shown only to the authorised families of the children pictured.
Take your time viewing the previews
Save your favourites and put together your selection. There is no need to decide on a package before the photo day.
Review your selection and total price. The order confirmation and invoice can be accessed in the portal once available.
When payment and editing are complete, you receive the download email. Save your files and print them however you prefer.

Documents to review: Dates will be completed before the photo day. You will receive the documents with the dates agreed for your event. Send completed forms directly to me, not to a shared parent group. These documents are currently in German; please ask me if you need help understanding them.

I plan up to three different individual portraits per child, plus the agreed group photographs featuring your child. The number of successful images also depends on what your child feels comfortable with.
Yes. All images approved for your family count equally: one image costs €10 and each set of three costs €25. For example, two portraits and one group image cost €25 in total, four images €35, and six images €50.
We respect that. A child can watch first, take a break or choose not to be photographed. Smiles are never demanded. There is no obligation to purchase if no suitable images result.
Please let the nursery, kindergarten or me know in good time. We discuss a suitable indoor space or a possible change of date beforehand. An extra visit for individual absent children is not automatically included and needs a separate agreement.
Group photographs are planned with the institution. Only children with the appropriate permission may take part. Sibling photographs can be arranged in advance if registration, consent and the schedule allow. Other families do not see your child’s individual portraits.
Choose clothes your child feels comfortable in and can move around in. Calm colours often work beautifully. Large logos and busy patterns can distract from their face. A familiar cuddly toy is welcome by arrangement.
Individual portraits are kept in a personal family gallery. Agreed group photographs are shown only to authorised families of the children pictured. I publish children’s photographs on my website or Instagram only with separate, voluntary consent for the selected images and channels.
The timeframe for the selection gallery and editing is agreed before the photo day and stated in your parent information. Once payment is confirmed and every ordered image is ready, you receive the download email.
Yes. Purchased photographs are delivered as fully edited, high-resolution files without watermarks. You may use them for private prints and photo books. Group photographs also involve the rights of the other children pictured: please do not share them publicly or on social media.
The exact closing date is stated in your parent information or gallery. Please download purchased files in good time and keep your own backup. The gallery is not a permanent photo archive.
